We prioritize both durability and the environment. Our puzzles are made from high-density, 100% recycled premium cardboard and non-toxic, soy-based inks. This ensures a sturdy feel and a "perfect snap" when two pieces fit together.

Because of our Double Quality Check, missing pieces are extremely rare. However, if you discover a piece is missing from the factory, please contact us within 30 days. We will verify your purchase and send you a replacement for that specific piece or the entire set for free.

Yes! Every puzzle includes a full-size high-definition reference poster. This makes it easier for you to see the fine details and colors while you are assembling your masterpiece.

While puzzles are great for all ages, our premium collections contain small parts that could be a choking hazard. We recommend our puzzles for ages 8 and up. For younger children, adult supervision is required.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the unopened and sealed puzzle box within 30 days for a full refund. If the product is damaged during transit, please send us a photo, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
